Prices
Prices of products in the online shop are stated in euros (€) and already include VAT of the country of delivery, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Prices are valid at the time the order is placed and have no predetermined period of validity.
Prices apply to payment by the payment methods listed above and under the conditions stated above. Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, a price may occasionally be stated incorrectly. In such a case, or if the price of a product changes while the order is being processed, the provider will allow the customer to withdraw from the purchase and will at the same time offer the customer a mutually satisfactory solution.
The sales contract between the provider and the customer is concluded at the moment the provider confirms the order. From that moment on, all prices and other terms are fixed and apply to both the provider and the customer.
Select the product you wish to buy and click the “Add to cart” button. The quantity and total amount of the ordered products are shown in the cart at the top right. If you wish to remove a product or reduce or increase the quantity ordered, you can do so in the cart.

To place an order, the customer must correctly complete all fields marked with a red asterisk (first name, surname, email address, address, town/city, postcode and telephone number).
If the customer holds a voucher or promotional code from the provider, they may enter it in the relevant field when placing the order.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a summary of the ordered products by email.
The purchase procedure for legal entities is exactly the same as for private individuals, except that at the end of the purchase you also enter the company name and the company’s tax number. The same payment methods are available.
At this stage, the contract for the purchase of the ordered products between the customer and the provider is irrevocably concluded. By clicking the “Place order” button, you confirm that you have read the full text of the terms of sale and payment set out here and that these terms were expressly brought to your attention at the time of purchase.
The sales contract (order) is binding on the online shop and the customer. If the customer withdraws from the order/contract, they bear, in accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) (Article 43č, paragraph 6), all direct costs of returning the goods. If the customer orders products from the online shop and then refuses or fails to accept the shipment, they bear the shipping costs in both directions. Shipping costs are set by the delivery service.
The provider issues the customer with an itemised invoice on a durable medium and sends it to the customer by email.
