100% Satisfaction Guarantee Program

With the first purchase of our product, we offer the buyer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the product does not meet the buyer's expectations, they can return the used product within 21 days of receipt, and we will refund the full purchase price, minus the cost of postage, in accordance with the 100% satisfaction guarantee program, the conditions of which are listed below.

To file a claim for the 100% satisfaction guarantee, please contact our company via email at: info@plant-immortelle.com. In the email, please briefly describe what happened, how you used the product, and why it did not suit you. Please also provide your details: name, surname, address, contact phone number, and the method by which you wish to receive the refund. You must also attach the original invoice for the product purchase. Our contact person will get in touch with you after receiving all the information, which will be sent to you at: Fully d.o.o., Letališka cesta 30, 1000 Ljubljana. The amount of your purchase will be refunded, reduced by the cost of postage and any promotional discounts applied.

In the event that the buyer purchased more than one of the same product, the other identical products must be returned untouched and undamaged in their original packaging; only one identical product can be returned with its contents used.

For the product return, please use a delivery service that allows for package tracking or send it via registered mail. Please prepare the goods adequately for transport (you can use the original packaging or other suitable, secure packaging). The buyer covers the return shipping costs. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.

I want to return an unopened product. How do I do it?

The buyer must notify the seller in writing of their intention to return the product, at the latest within 14 days of receiving the goods, either via the contact form or by e-mail: info@plant-immortelle.com, and return the undamaged goods within the following 14 days. The seller will refund the purchase price to the buyer, reduced by shipping costs or any applied discounts, within 14 days of receiving the shipment. You must return the goods in the original packaging, undamaged, and in an unchanged quantity, and the product must not show any visible signs of use. You must also enclose the original invoice, the completed form which you will receive by e-mail, and the bank account details to which you wish the refund to be made. We recommend using a delivery service that allows for package tracking and preparing the goods adequately for transport (you can use the original packaging or other suitable, secure packaging).
