Delivery

We dispatch shipments through verified contracted delivery partners. The provider reserves the right to select the delivery service that can fulfil the order most quickly and reliably.

Delivery area

Delivery is available to all European Union member states. For delivery outside the European Union, please check the available countries during checkout.

Delivery costs

The delivery cost depends on the delivery country and the selected delivery method. The exact amount is always displayed in the cart and at checkout, before the order is submitted. Delivery is free for orders above a specified cart value. The applicable free-delivery threshold is displayed in the cart.

Processing and dispatch times

Orders placed on a business day by 1 p.m. are generally dispatched within one to two business days. Orders placed during weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day. For orders paid by pro forma invoice, the shipment is dispatched after receipt of the payment. If a longer delivery period is indicated for an individual product, that period shall apply.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time depends on the delivery country and the selected delivery method and is displayed at checkout. Once the shipment has been handed over to the delivery service, you will receive a confirmation message containing tracking information.

Delays

We are not liable for any delays caused by the delivery service or force majeure. In the event of problems with the shipment, please contact us and we will resolve the matter together with the delivery service.
