No, none of our products are tested on animals.
Yes, all of our products are free from harmful microplastic particles. We use exclusively natural and organic raw materials.
Due to our concern for the environment, almost all products are packaged in glass. For safety reasons, only two products are in plastic packaging that is free of harmful chemicals.
All of our products are 100% natural and hold an organic certificate from the independent organization Ecogea, which confirms the exclusive use of natural and organic ingredients.
Yes, all products are original Plant Immortelle products, made from immortelle extracts from our estate on the island of Pag.
No, all of our products are free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates, mineral oils, silicones, artificial fragrances, and other harmful chemicals.
Natural products typically have a shorter shelf life than synthetic ones. The expiration date is indicated on the packaging. We recommend using the product within 12 months after opening.
Yes, our products are made from natural ingredients and are generally safe for use during pregnancy. However, we recommend consulting with your doctor before use.
Store the products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. The glass packaging protects the products from light and helps preserve their effectiveness.
Yes, our products are compatible with other natural cosmetic products. We recommend gradually introducing new products and performing a patch test on a small area of skin first.
Usage and tips
Apply a small amount of the product to the inside of your wrist or behind your ear. Wait 24 hours and check for any reaction (redness, itching, swelling).
The first results are typically visible after 2-4 weeks of regular use. For optimal results, we recommend using the product for at least 6-8 weeks.
Yes, our products work perfectly with sunscreen. Apply our product first, and then apply your sunscreen.
Allergies and sensitivity
Yes, our products are formulated with gentle, natural ingredients. However, we still recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before the first use.
All of our products contain immortelle essential oil in low concentrations. Some products contain additional essential oils. If you are allergic to specific essential oils, please check the ingredient list or contact us.

Choose between standard delivery or DHL Express.
6. Payment Method
The following are available: proforma invoice (bank transfer), PayPal, credit/debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
7. Confirming the Order
Review your information, check the box to agree to the general terms and conditions, and submit your order.
Enter the code when you input your data. Be careful to type it correctly (e.g., capital letters, differences between O and 0). Codes are not cumulative - you can only use one per purchase.

Orders
In accordance with the law, you can return goods within 14 days without providing a reason. Please write to us at info@plant-immortelle.com.
If the order has not yet been processed, we can make the change for you. Contact us as soon as possible at info@plant-immortelle.com.
Declined payments can be changed immediately. We cannot change successfully processed payments.
Once an order is completed, changes are no longer possible. You can only return products or place a new order.

Delivery
When we hand the package over to the courier, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number to monitor the shipment.
Delivery costs are calculated in the final step of the order and are visible before you confirm the order.
We dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. During sales or promotions, this time may be extended.
Can I pick up the products in person?

The courier service will contact you to arrange a new delivery time or will leave the package at the nearest post office for you to pick up.
Returns
With your first purchase, we offer a 21-day satisfaction guarantee. If the product is not suitable, we will refund the purchase price (minus shipping costs). Contact us at info@plant-immortelle.com with a description of the problem.
Notify us of the return within 14 days at info@plant-immortelle.com. Return the product in its original packaging to the address: Fully d.o.o., Letališka cesta 30, 1000 Ljubljana.

Sustainability and environment
We use glass packaging that is 100% recyclable. We grow our immortelle organically without pesticides. Our packaging is minimal and environmentally friendly.
Yes, you can recycle the glass bottles and jars. Please remove the plastic pumps before recycling the glass.
We grow immortelle on our own organic estate on the island of Pag. We source other natural ingredients from certified suppliers who follow principles of sustainable development and have an organic origin.
Technical information
The pH of our products is adapted to the skin's natural pH (4.5-6.5), which ensures optimal effectiveness and safety.
Our products do not contain drying alcohol (ethanol). Some may contain fatty alcohols, which are natural emulsifiers and moisturizers.
Each product goes through strict microbiological and chemical tests. We have an ISO quality certificate and regularly cooperate with independent laboratories. All products also have an Ecogea certificate.
Special needs
Our products are suitable for all skin types, regardless of gender. Men can use all our products without concern.
For children, we recommend our gentlest products. Before using on children, consult with your child's doctor.
Yes, all our products are 100% vegan. They do not contain ingredients of animal origin and are not tested on animals.
