The buyer is bound by the general terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase (online order submission).
The general terms and conditions govern the operation of the online store, user rights, and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

By confirming the order, the user acknowledges the general terms and conditions, data protection, and legal notice.

Prices

Product prices in the online store are listed in euros (€) and already include 22% VAT (value-added tax), unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Prices apply at the time of order submission and have no predetermined validity.

Prices apply when paid by the above-mentioned payment methods under the above conditions. Despite exceptional efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, price data may be incorrect. In this case, or if the product price changes during order processing, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase and will offer a solution satisfactory to both parties.

The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the provider confirms the order. From that moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.

Delivery

Our contractual partner for parcel delivery is Fully d.o.o.

For all purchases up to €99.9, the buyer chooses between standard delivery or express delivery via DHL at checkout.

Standard delivery costs €3.50 within Slovenia.

For other EU countries, standard delivery costs €7.50.

Express delivery via DHL costs €16.00 for both Slovenia and other EU countries.

Purchased products with a total value of €100 or more are shipped free of charge via standard delivery within Slovenia and other EU countries.

Product delivery is possible within the EU area.

All orders placed on working days before 1 p.m. are shipped within one to two working days if paid by PayPal or credit card. Orders marked for payment by invoice are shipped after receipt of payment to our IBAN. Orders placed during weekends and holidays are shipped the next working day. For products with a specially indicated longer delivery time, that time applies.

The contractual partner for parcel delivery is Fully d.o.o., but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it can fulfill the order more efficiently.

Purchase

Select the product you want to buy and click the “Add to basket” button. The quantity and total amount of ordered products will be displayed at the top right in the shopping cart. If you want to remove, decrease, or increase the ordered quantity of a specific product, you can do so in the Cart.

Start the order completion process by clicking on the Cart and the "Checkout" button. The online store will guide you through the following steps:

  • Step 1 – enter your details,
  • Step 2 – if you are a user of a coupon or promotional code from the provider, use it and enter it in the appropriate field below,
  • Step 3 – choice of payment method,
  • Step 4 – order review; at this step, you can check the accuracy of all data,
  • Step 5 - completed order.

To complete the order, the buyer must correctly fill in all fields marked with a red asterisk (first name, last name, email address, address, city, postal code, and phone number).
If the buyer holds a coupon or promotional code from the provider, they can use it and enter it in the appropriate field when placing the order.

After placing the order, you will receive a summary of the ordered products by email.
The purchase process for legal entities is exactly the same as for individuals, except that at the end of the purchase you enter the company name and company tax number. The payment options are also the same.

The purchase contract for the ordered products between the buyer and the provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage. By clicking the "Submit Order" button, you confirm that you are familiar with the full text of the sales and payment terms stated here and that you have been explicitly informed of these terms at the time of purchase.

The purchase contract (order) binds the online store and the buyer. In the event the buyer withdraws from the order/contract, under the Consumer Protection Act (paragraph 6, Article 43), the buyer bears all direct costs incurred by shipping. If the buyer orders products in the online store and then refuses or does not accept the shipment, they bear the shipping costs in both directions. The shipping price is determined by the delivery service.

The provider issues the buyer an invoice on a durable medium, with itemized costs, and sends it to the buyer by email.

Return of goods

Right of withdrawal from purchase, return of goods within 14 days.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the buyer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days without giving a reason. The buyer must notify the provider in writing of the intended return no later than 14 days from receiving the goods, either via the contact form or email: info@plant-immortelle.com, and return the goods within the following 14 days.

The goods must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged and in unchanged quantity, and the product must not show visible signs of use. Be sure to also include the original receipt, the completed form you receive by email, and the details of your transaction account to which you want the refund. We recommend using a delivery service that allows shipment tracking and properly preparing the goods for transport (you can use the original packaging or other suitable secure packaging). Return costs are borne by the buyer. We do not accept shipments with cash on delivery.

The customer can request a refund upon return, which the seller will return to their transaction account no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract, but the seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or until the customer provides proof that the goods have actually been sent.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee Program

On the first purchase of our product, we offer the customer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the product does not suit the customer, the customer can return the product within 21 days, and the provider will refund the full purchase price of the product, reduced by shipping costs, in accordance with the terms of the 100% satisfaction guarantee program outlined below.

To claim the 100% satisfaction guarantee, contact our company by email at: info@plant-immortelle.com and describe in detail what happened when you used the product, how you used it, and why it does not suit you. Additionally, provide your details: name, address, contact person, phone number, and transaction account number for the refund. You must also attach the purchase receipt. Our contact person will get in touch with you and, upon receiving the remaining product contents, which you must send to the address: Fully d.o.o., Podsvetija 22, 1351, Brezovica pri Ljubljani, will refund the amount of your purchase, reduced by shipping costs and any promotional discount applied.
If the customer has purchased more than one identical product, the other identical products must be returned untouched and undamaged in the original packaging; only one identical product may be returned with used contents.

For product returns, use a delivery service that allows shipment tracking or send by registered mail and properly prepare the goods for transport (you can use the original packaging or other suitable secure packaging). Return costs are borne by the customer. Shipments with cash on delivery are not accepted.

Payment method

The provider offers the following payment methods:

  • Proforma invoice (payment by proforma invoice – transfer to bank account). If you choose to pay by proforma invoice, you will receive the proforma invoice by email. Once it is fully paid, you will receive the ordered goods. If the proforma invoice is only partially paid, the goods remain the property of PLANT IMMORTELLE D.O.O. until further notice.
  • PayPal (payment via the PayPal system)
  • Payment by card (via the Stripe system)
  • Payment via Google Pay
  • Payment via Apple Pay

Disclaimer

The provider does its best to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the data published on its pages. Nevertheless, the properties of the products, delivery times, or prices may change so quickly that the provider fails to update the data on the website. In such a case, the provider will inform the customer of the changes and allow them to cancel the order or exchange the ordered product.

Although the provider strives to ensure accurate photographs of the products for sale, all photographs should be considered symbolic. The photographs do not guarantee the properties of the product.

Disclaimer

We reserve the right to disable the website or restrict access to it due to technical or other issues and maintenance, which also means disabling or hindering the use of the online store. In case of technical problems on the website, we reserve the right to cancel orders affected by the technical error. In case of order cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you of the next steps. You must ensure appropriate protection of your equipment (antivirus, etc.) before accessing and using the website, as well as any passwords and usernames on the website.

Invoice issuance

After successful receipt of payment for the ordered products, we send the customer an invoice for the ordered products in PDF format to the email address provided by the customer when placing the order on our website.

It is the customer's duty to review all order data and specifications before placing the order. Objections regarding inaccuracies in issued invoices submitted later will not be considered.

In the case of payment on delivery, the customer will receive an invoice in PDF format sent to their provided email address.

Liability for material defects

The seller is responsible for material defects that the goods had at the time the risk of accidental destruction or damage passed to the customer. This moment usually occurs upon receipt of the goods.
The provider is also responsible for those material defects that appear after the risk has passed to the customer if they are the result of a cause that existed before. Minor material defects are not considered.
Regarding rights and obligations arising from material defects, the provisions stated in Articles 37 to 40 of the Consumer Protection Act apply.

Provider's withdrawal from the contract

In case of breach of contract or these general terms by the customer, hereinafter referred to as the party, the provider has the right to withdraw from the contract without further notice to the party. In such a case, the provider will return any paid amounts to the customer's transaction account.
The provider has the right to withdraw from the contract if the customer does not fulfill their obligations, if the customer provides the provider with false information that prevents or complicates the fulfillment of the contract, and if the customer does not pay their obligations according to the contract and these general terms.

Opinions, recommendations, reviews

Opinions, reviews, and recommendations from customers and users are an integral part of the website and are intended for the user community. By submitting an opinion, review, or recommendation, the user explicitly agrees to the terms of use of their opinion or comment and grants the provider permission to publish part or all of the text in all electronic and other public communication media. The provider has the right to use the content of the opinion or comment indefinitely and for any purpose that is in the provider's business interest, including publication in advertisements or other marketing communications.
The provider allows any user of the online store to write a review, which the provider reviews before final publication. The provider will not publish reviews or contributions that are in any way offensive, inappropriate, or which, in the provider's opinion, do not provide benefits to other users and visitors.

The provider respects the applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom the customer can contact by phone or email in case of problems.
